Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead EDGE Corporate’s financial reporting and planning processes. This pivotal role focuses on designing and managing the financial planning and budgeting cycles, aligning them with the company’s annual business plan and longer-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving financial discipline and insight across EDGE Corporate’s diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will coordinate closely with senior leadership, cluster heads, and entity leaders to develop comprehensive and accurate budgets. You will oversee the consolidation and review of budgets and business plans at group, cluster, and entity levels, working alongside the Chief Finance Officer and Head of Business Support to secure final approvals.

Maintaining an efficient financial reporting system will be critical to this role, enabling timely production of management information that monitors financial performance and compares actual results against budgets. You will lead the analysis and communication of financial data, ensuring management reports accurately reflect EDGE Corporate’s performance and provide key insights.

Additionally, you will partner with finance business partners and senior executives to identify and advise on opportunities for enhancing financial planning and reporting practices across the organization.

This role also involves driving finance transformation projects within a multinational holding company structure and sharing best practices among cluster entities to promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Finance certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex corporate environment.
• Strong experience leading financial reporting, consolidation, and management information systems.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, interpret results, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience executing finance transformation initiatives in multinational or holding organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and secure buy-in from diverse internal and external audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in implementing and monitoring finance planning and analytics objectives, and a track record of fostering collaboration across clusters to leverage best practices, will be advantageous.
