Job Overview

MBG Corporate Services is seeking a skilled Internal Audit Manager to join their teams based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of post-Chartered Accountant experience, specializing in internal audit functions. Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and execute internal audit projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. Experience in Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and consulting will be advantageous. Managing risk assessments and stakeholder communications will also be an integral part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant internal audit experience after obtaining CA qualification
• Sound knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication
• Familiarity with ICOFR processes and internal consulting is preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
