Sewedy Industries is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in accounting within the UAE market, looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and managing general accounting tasks. A thorough understanding of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and audit processes will be essential to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Between 2 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience within the UAE
• Strong familiarity with UAE VAT and tax laws as well as audit requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is considered an advantage
• Immediate availability to join is preferred
