Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support and enhance the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS modules, covering Core HR, Self Service HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor (OTL), including custom bolt-on applications. This role requires a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in a global HRMS environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing technical and functional support for Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and Time and Labor.
• Managing interfaces between Oracle EBS and SuccessFactors (SAP) to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Developing and customizing HRMS workflows, Oracle Alerts Manager (AME), and fast formulas to meet business requirements.
• Handling personalization and configuration within Oracle HRMS Core and Self Service modules.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Oracle HRMS tables, APIs, and interfaces in a complex multi-business group and multi-operating unit environment.
• Creating and optimizing Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures related to HRMS processes.
• Working with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow tools to support business functions.
• Utilizing XML Publisher for generating HR-related reports and documents.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS, including at least three full-cycle implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge in Human Resources, Payroll, Self Service, and Time and Labor modules.
• Proven ability to work in a global HRMS setup involving multiple business groups, organizations, currencies, and operating units.
• Thorough understanding of Oracle HRMS database tables, APIs, and integration points.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and experience in developing custom solutions using Oracle workflow and fast formula.
• Experience with HRMS personalization and configuration for Core and Self Service functionalities.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow development.
• Familiarity with XML Publisher for report generation and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a plus.
