Project Manager 800-1300 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with proven/relevant project experience; minimum 20 years’ experience in Oman/GCC countries in project management and control of similar project value, familiar and conversant with engineering processes and tool for Real Estate/ Infrastructure Project
Quality Control(QC) Manager 800-1300 + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 12 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in project QA/QC management in Real Estate Projects.
Planning Manager 800-1300 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 10 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in project planning & cost control management in Real Estate Project
Construction Manager 800-1300 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with proven/ relevant real estate/ camp project/ construction experience; minimum 20 years’ experience in Oman/ GCC countries in site construction management and control of similar project value for Real Estate/Infrastructure Projects.
Senior Interface Engineer (Project Engineer) Omani Only 1400 OMR Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 12 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in project management, complex project interface management and control in Real Estate/Infrastructure Projects.
HSE Manager (Omani Only) 2000 OMR Bachelor’s or professional Degree in HSE management/ NEBOSH certified; minimum of 12 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in Oman/ GCC countries in Real Estate/ Infrastructure Projects.
HSE Advisor (Omani Only) 500-800 OMR Professional qualification in HSE supervision at construction sites; minimum of 6 years related experience in Real Estate/ Infrastructure Projects.
Site Engineer 600-800 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 8 years related experience; minimum of 6 years in design, material selections in Real Estate Projects.
QA/QC Engineers (Civil / MEP) 400 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum of 8 years related experience; minimum of 5 years in project QAQC management in Real Estate Projects.
Draftsman (Civil / MEP) 300-350 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation MEP- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant field, Minimum 3- 5 years experience in electrical/design engineering, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyor 700 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation QS – BSC in QS, 10 years of experience in the same role, Experience in contract administration, Experience in Both Pre and Post Contract QS related works for Building Project (Experience in Infrastructure will be an Added Advantage)
HR Manager 600-800 OMR + Accomodation + Transportation Bachelor’s or professional Degree in information management; minimum of 10 years related experience; minimum of 8 years in information/ document management and control in Real Estate/Infrastructure Projects.
Excavator Operator 150+20 OMR + OT + Accomodation + Transportation Prior experience operating excavators, 3-5 years preferably in construction, Basic understanding of machinery mechanics and safety protocols
