Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, transport workers to project locations, and ensure smooth execution of daily site activities. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage labor teams efficiently, and be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

* Transport workers to and from project sites using company vehicles
* Supervise and manage workers on-site to ensure productivity and discipline
* Coordinate daily site operations and task assignments
* Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per schedule
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and management regarding site requirements
* Ensure all work is carried out according to quality and safety standards
* Handle on-site problem-solving and workforce management
* Submit daily progress and attendance reports
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline on site

Requirements

* Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory)
* Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
* Proven experience in site supervision / workforce management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to handle labor teams professionally
* Good understanding of site safety procedures
* Physically fit and willing to work on-site daily
