Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to lead site operations for construction projects in Riyadh. This role involves managing daily activities on site, coordinating transport for workers, and ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled with high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Transporting workers to and from project sites using company vehicles.
• Overseeing on-site labor teams to maintain productivity, discipline, and efficient workflow.
• Coordinating daily assignments and managing site operations effectively.
• Monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of project phases.
• Communicating regularly with clients, suppliers, and management regarding site needs and updates.
• Enforcing compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Resolving on-site issues and managing workforce disputes professionally.
• Preparing and submitting daily reports on progress and attendance.
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and discipline at the worksite.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A valid Saudi driving license is essential for this role.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic to facilitate clear communication.
• Demonstrated experience in site supervision or overseeing labor teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical fitness and readiness to work on-site every day.
