Almahri Logistics Co., a prominent logistics company based in Ash Shatie Business Centre, Dammam, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Arabic and have a solid background in front-end sales and marketing within Saudi Arabia. Candidates with experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation industries will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves executing daily sales and marketing activities such as targeted cold calling, personalized email outreach, and managing communications effectively. You will handle sales data management, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate schedules to optimize marketing efforts. Prospect research and qualification to identify potential customers that fit the company’s profile is a critical part of this position.

Additionally, the coordinator will serve as a central liaison connecting internal teams — including sales, warehouse, and procurement — with external partners such as clients, suppliers, shipping lines, and government bodies. Responsibilities also encompass planning and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and supply chain software modules.
• Experience with social media marketing and a strong understanding of online marketing tools.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure as a reliable team player.
• Professional attitude with punctuality and excellent organizational skills.
