Per Pickup Rate: 5.25 AED

Per Drop Off Rate: 6.25 AED

Per Delivery Rate: 11.50 AED

Drop Off Distance Pay: 0.30/KM starting from 0 km.

ABU DHABI, AIMAN & SHARJAH:

Per Pickup Rate: 5 AED

Per Drop Off Rate: 6 AED

Per Delivery Rate: 11 AED

Drop Off Distance Pay: 0.30/km starting from 0 km

FUJAIRAH, RAS AL KHAIMAH, UMM QUWAIN, AL AIN:

Per Pickup Rate: 4.75 AED

Per Drop Off Rate: 5.75 AED

Per Delivery Rate: 10.50 AED

Drop Off Distance Pay: 0. 30/km starting from 0 km

Driver Category: Light Vehicle Driver

Duty Schedule: 11 hours duty with 2 shifts (5 Hour) per day with 1 hour break

Emirates: (Dubai-Sharjah-Abu Dhabi Al Ain)

Zone: Login Area will be decided by TALABAT as per demand on emirate

Off Day: One day in a week

Minimum Duration: 6 Months

Exit Penalty: AED 1500 (If leaving before 6 months without 2 months written notice)

Per Late Login Penalty: 25 AED

Per No Show Penalty: 50 AED

Per Early Logout Penalty: 25 AED

Responsibility: Duty Performance. Cash on delivery Policy, Inventory Clearance will be as per TALABAT SOPS

Corporate Wear Terms:

Driver must follow TALABAT Branded wearing’s (T-Shirt, Trousers, Cap, Shoes, Delivery begs

Any misconduct result penalties and consequences of TALABAT ID.

Labor Card & Visa:

Freelancer candidate with own visa will follow labor card process.

Health Coverage Insurance and labor card charges will be on candidate.

For employment visa follow HR Policies

Traffic Policies:

All the Salik RTA fines and parking will be on driver.

Don’t allow any passenger or irrelevant person to sit on driving seat.

Acknowledgment:

The driver is required to complete 27 days of work every month, with a duty duration of 10 hours per day. Driver agrees that if the company makes any changes to the job contract in accordance with Talabat UAF’s policies in the future, the driver will adhere to all modified terms
