WE ARE HIRING – AUTOMOTIVE POLISHING & DETAILING SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Polishing & Detailing Supervisor to lead our car care division and ensure premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of detailing, polishing, PPF, and tinting works
• Ensure all services meet premium quality standards and customer expectations
• Inspect vehicles before and after service to maintain quality control
• Plan and allocate work to technicians efficiently
• Train, guide, and monitor staff on proper application techniques
• Maintain proper usage of materials (3M products, compounds, coatings, etc.)
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recommendations
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
• Coordinate with management for project planning and reporting
Technical Skills Required:
Advanced knowledge in Car Polishing (cutting, compounding, finishing, swirl removal)
Hands-on experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
Strong experience in Window Tinting (heat control films, precision cutting & fitting)
Expertise in Interior & Exterior Detailing (deep cleaning, stain removal, protection)
Knowledge of Upholstery work (leather, fabric cleaning & repair)
Basic understanding of Automotive Painting (prep work, touch-up, finishing)
Familiarity with ceramic coating and paint protection systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in automotive detailing field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple vehicles/projects
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
• GCC experience (especially Bahrain market)
• Valid driving license (preferred)
