☕🍽️ Barista & Dine-In Upselling Specialist (Immediate Joining)

We are looking for a versatile Barista + Dine-In Upselling Specialist — someone who can deliver high-quality beverages while actively driving sales on the floor.

Key requirements:
• Strong barista experience (coffee, beverages, basic latte art)
• Proven background in F&B upselling (add-ons, desserts, beverages, premium items)
• Ability to increase average ticket size and drive revenue
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Experience handling European and Emirati clientele
• Presentable, energetic, and service-focused
• Able to perform under peak-hour pressure
• Immediate availability

Preference for Arabic-speaking candidates
Preference if you know how to use Foodics POS
