Assistant Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations (FMCG)
Company: Gulf International LLC
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience in the UAE, preferably within FMCG.
Proficient in SAP and Advanced Excel.
Analytical, logical thinker with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
Process all Sales Return (GRV) transactions within agreed timelines of receipt.
Manage invoicing of near-expiry and saleable damaged stocks within agreed timelines.
Ensure timely movement of saleable stocks to designated storage locations.
Monitor proper segregation, storage, and disposal of damaged and expired stocks.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and HSE norms.
Coordinate with Sales, AR, Delivery, and Put-away teams for smooth operations.
Monitor team productivity and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of assigned MHEs.
