1. Project Overview
The Accounts Payable support project aims to provide a minimum of two qualified
resources responsible for the full, end-to-end management of supplier invoices, vendor
accounts, payments, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The objective is to ensure
timely, accurate, and controlled settlement of company liabilities.
2. Engagement Duration
• Minimum Duration: 9 months
• Extension: The engagement may be renewed or extended based on business needs and
performance.
3. Deliverables & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Invoice Processing Volume: Minimum of 500 invoices per resource per week.
• Accuracy & Timeliness: All invoices processed must meet internal accuracy and
compliance standards.
• Reconciliation Completion: Timely reconciliation of vendor statements with prompt
resolution of discrepancies.
• Compliance: Adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and AP
procedures.
4. Resource Requirements
• Minimum Number of Resources: 2 dedicated AP professionals
• Working Model: Onsite presence is required for the entire engagement.
