Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) Required

🎓 Required Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Civil Engineering (preferred)
Quantity Surveying
Diploma holders acceptable with strong experience

🛠️ Core Skills (Must Have)
🔹 Quantity Take-Off (Very Important)
Ability to take quantities from:
Architectural drawings
Structural drawings
MEP drawings (basic understanding)
Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

🔹 Cost Estimation & Pricing
Calculate:
Material cost (concrete, steel, blocks, finishing materials)
Labor cost
Equipment cost
Add:
Overheads
Profit margin
Prepare competitive tender pricing

💻 Software Skills
AutoCAD (must – for reading drawings)
MS Excel (very strong – BOQ & costing sheets)
Plan Swift / Bluebeam / CostX (advantage but not mandatory)

💼 Experience Required
Minimum 3–7 years
Experience in:
Building construction (villas / commercial projects)
Experience in Saudi / GCC market is highly preferred

Study tender drawings & specifications
Prepare BOQ and quantity take-off
Analyze supplier & subcontractor quotations
Prepare project cost estimate
Submit tender / quotation
Monitor cost vs budget during project

🚗 Other Requirements
Transferable Iqama
Knowledge of local suppliers in Dammam / Khobar / Jubail
Driving license (preferred)
