We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead and enhance health, safety, and environmental compliance for a prominent family-owned group operating across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. Key duties include regularly reviewing and updating safety procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. The role requires continuous communication with external stakeholders such as Health & Safety Authorities, environmental agencies, client representatives, and contractors to promote a unified and compliant approach to HSE management.

The successful candidate will also schedule and conduct internal safety audits and perform second-party audits when necessary. Overseeing the delivery of HSE inductions across all management levels is essential, as well as collaborating with the Regional HSSE Manager on client complaint reviews. Furthermore, the manager will be tasked with distributing all updated HSE documentation throughout various business units operating within Saudi Arabia and maintaining Management System documentation to meet HSE standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
• At least 10 years of extensive experience managing Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across diverse industries.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
• Proven ability to lead audits and implement corrective actions efficiently.
