Subject: Document Controller / Operations Coordinator (SABER Knowledge Preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Document Controller / Operations Coordinator to manage project documentation and support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure proper control, distribution, and filing of all documents while coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
The candidate should also have good knowledge of SABER software to assist in product registration, certification processes, and compliance documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documents (incoming/outgoing).
Ensure proper document control procedures and version tracking.
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients for document submissions and approvals.
Maintain records of drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence.
Support operations team in daily coordination and reporting.
Handle and track SABER registrations, product certificates, and shipment compliance (preferred).
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
3–6 years of experience in document control or coordination.
Good knowledge of SABER system is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
