Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers with 3 to 4 years of proven expertise within the Saudi Arabian market, specifically in Steel Fabrication and FRP/GRP product sales. Ideal candidates should possess a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. This role is based in Dammam and offers a competitive salary package along with sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the steel fabrication and FRP/GRP sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage sales operations to meet targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 3-4 years of sales experience in the Saudi market, preferably in steel fabrication and FRP/GRP products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product details and convey them clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a basic salary starting at 4000 SAR, supplemented by allowances. Additionally, a 2% sales commission is provided, rewarding successful performance.
