Job Overview

Fastway Arabia Company is urgently seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join their team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in testing and commissioning within the Saudi Arabian work environment. The initial contract is for three months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies on site
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Oversee safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations related to electrical testing and commissioning activities
• Promote awareness of safety practices among project staff and contractors
• Prepare and present safety reports to management regularly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in testing and commissioning within Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to electrical projects
• Ability to handle Food Acceptance Testing (FAT) and food safety procedures, as required by the role
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Valid Iqama and up-to-date medical health insurance are mandatory
• Availability for immediate mobilization upon selection
