GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Hospitality, Customer Service, Tourism preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, hotel, or mall environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
Grooming: Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
Key Skills: * Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with all visitors.
Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties (greeting guests, managing inquiries).
Sales skills to promote mall events and products.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Preference: Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a related field is preferred.
