Position Details:

• Project: Giga Construction Project, Riyadh

• Total Openings: 10 positions

• Contract Duration: 1 YEAR (renewable based on project requirements)

• Job Location: On-site at Project Office, Riyadh

Job working days and hr: 10 hrs (9+1) , 6 days a week.

Role Overview:

We are seeking ten (10) experienced BIM Engineers to support the development and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design models. The successful candidates will manage high-detail modeling and facilitate interdisciplinary coordination across all design disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive MEP models using Autodesk Revit

• Perform clash detection and coordinate design integration with architectural, structural, and site engineering teams using Navisworks

• Generate technical drawings, prepare model submissions, and maintain documentation through platforms (Aconex/CDE)

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material schedules directly from BIM models

• Execute quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy and model integrity

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 5+ years of professional BIM MEP experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent qualification)

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

• Proficiency in MS Office suite

• Valid Saudi Iqama (Resident Permit) and health insurance coverage

• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Riyadh

• Available to join immediately or max 10 days.

Any nationality welcome (must have valid Transferable Iqama)
