We are partnering with a leading client in Saudi Arabia to recruit a skilled Construction and Fabrication Crew for ongoing jacket fabrication projects. This opportunity is perfect for those with substantial experience in Oil & Gas and industrial environments, especially candidates with hands-on Yard Fabrication expertise. These permanent roles are designed to build a dedicated team capable of supporting complex fabrication and erection work at the yard.

Available Positions and Experience Requirements

The current openings include a variety of senior and mid-level roles focused on fabrication and erection activities within Oil & Gas or industrial sectors:

• Construction Manager (Erection): 12–15 years of relevant experience with a strong background in yard fabrication operations.
• Senior Yard Engineer – Erection: 8–10 years of experience emphasizing fabrication yard involvement.
• Yard Engineer – Erection: Requires 6–8 years of industrial or Oil & Gas project experience and expertise in yard fabrication.
• Project Fabrication Manager (Fabrication): 12–15 years of leadership experience overseeing fabrication projects with a focus on yard work.
• Senior Yard Engineer – Scaffolding (Methods & Erection): 8–10 years of experience working within yard fabrication environments.
• Draftsman – Methods: 2–4 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects, with specific skills in yard fabrication drawing preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will oversee and execute various phases of jacket fabrication tasks, including managing teams, coordinating erection and scaffolding efforts, and ensuring fabrication quality meets project specifications. Reporting to senior management and collaborating across departments will be central to focusing on efficient yard operations and timely project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record working in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial fabrication yards.
• Strong leadership abilities, particularly for managerial roles overseeing large teams and complex work scopes.
• Technical expertise in fabrication processes, scaffolding methods, and erection activities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to handle project challenges.
