Front Of House (FOH) Manager Required

Leading Hotel in Bahrain is looking for FOH Manager

: Salary BD.400 Negotiable depends on your experience and skills
: Age below 35 Years
: Experience in the field of Hotel is mandatory
: 8hrs duty no overtime
: Transport and accommodation by the company and all other benefit as per Bahrain law
: All nationality preferred

Core FOH Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Operations: Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening/closing, floor management, and optimizing seating capacity.
Guest Experience: Greet customers, maintain atmosphere standards, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise servers, hosts, and bussers, providing feedback and leadership.
Operational Procedures: Implement and maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards, including food safety regulations.
Financial Control: Manage labor costs by adjusting staffing levels, overseeing inventory, and managing cash handling and POS systems.
Communication: Coordinate with back-of-house (BOH) staff (kitchen) to ensure efficient service flow.
