We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join a leading real estate company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling accounts payable processes, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in Arabic. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. They will maintain organized financial records, verify invoices, reconcile statements, and support the finance team with data entry and reporting. Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable operations and financial record keeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for Oracle NetSuite.
• High level of accuracy and organizational skills in managing financial transactions.
• Fluent Arabic language skills are mandatory for communication and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Experience working in a real estate company is highly desirable.
