A leading industrial services company in Saudi Arabia seeks motivated Sales Engineers and Team Leaders to join its expanding business development team. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. They will lead teams as needed and maintain strong customer relationships to support the company’s expansion efforts.

• Industrial Waste Management Services
• Hydro Jetting, Tank Cleaning, and Chemical Cleaning
• Super Sucker and Industrial Cleaning Services
• Equipment Rental, including Cranes, Trailers, Tanks, Portable Toilets, and Offices
• Fabrication Services for Onshore and Offshore projects
• Water and Diesel Supply Services
• Shutdown and Maintenance Support Services

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for professionals currently engaged in sales roles within industrial service companies, EPC contractors, or maintenance providers. Candidates with strong networks among contractors, industrial plants, refineries, and EPC companies will be highly valued.

Key qualifications include:

• A degree, diploma, or background in engineering or technical fields is preferred
• Proven experience in industrial sales or service marketing
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Leadership skills for managing teams are an advantage
