Position: Sales Assistant / Sales Support
Experience: 1 year or less acceptable
Good English required

Duties & Responsibilities
-Handle client follow-ups via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally and on time.
-Arrange meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager / Management, including confirmations and reminders.
-Prepare quotations based on provided pricing, BOQs, and scope details.
-Assist in tender documentation, including compiling technical and commercial submissions.
-Coordinate internally with QS, engineering, and management to gather required information for proposals.
-Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-up trackers, and status updates for management.
-Draft professional emails, letters, and submissions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
-Maintain organized records of quotations, tenders, correspondence, and approvals.
-Support proposal presentations and ensure documents are well-formatted and clear.
-Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders to obtain feedback and next steps.
-Assist in basic client database management and opportunity tracking.

Required Experience & Skills
-1 year experience or less (fresh candidates acceptable if competent).
-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
-Good command of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
-Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with managers and clients.
-Knowledge about construction, contracting, or engineering companies is a plus
