Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire 10 qualified Safety Officers to join a prominent infrastructure project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands experienced professionals who will play a critical part in maintaining health and safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Duties include conducting risk assessments, performing regular safety inspections, reporting incidents promptly, and preparing comprehensive safety plans and procedures tailored to the project’s requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in risk evaluation, incident documentation, and safety inspection methodologies.
• Valid safety certifications such as OSHA or IOSH are advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement safety procedures effectively.
• Applicants must have valid Ajeer and Iqama documents.

Work Environment and Payment

This position is based in Riyadh, with payment made after 25 days upon submission of a timesheet. Candidates should be prepared to join within the timeline required by the project management.
