We are seeking a highly skilled MEP and Civil Supervisor to join our construction team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works on site. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all MEP and civil construction activities, coordinating efforts between project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor safety, progress, and adherence to technical specifications is essential. The supervisor will also troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain comprehensive daily reports and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP and Civil Supervisor with a solid track record.
• Degree or diploma in MEP Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of MEP systems and civil construction processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for site transportation is mandatory.
• Preference given to expatriates holding a valid or transferable work visa.
