Location: Salmabad, Bahrain

Position Overview
We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Salmabad. As the face of our showroom, you will assist customers in transforming their living spaces by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for interior design, a persuasive personality, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers warmly and identify their furniture needs through active listening.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our collections, materials (fabrics, woods, finishes), and customization options.
Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale and processing payments.
Design Consultation: Offer basic interior styling advice, including color coordination and space planning, to help customers visualize items in their homes.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the floor display is immaculate, tagged correctly, and reflects the brand’s premium standards.
Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone or WhatsApp to convert “browsers” into “buyers.”
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in retail sales (furniture, home decor, or luxury retail preferred).
Communication: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage given the Salmabad location.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a “customer-first” mentality.
Attributes: High energy, professional appearance, and a genuine interest in home styling.
Availability: Ability to work split shifts or weekends as per standard Bahraini retail hours.
