Key Responsibilities

The role involves planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with LU Media’s business objectives. You will manage content calendars, plan campaigns, and oversee all social media channels to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence. Regular monitoring of campaign performance and providing actionable insights through detailed reports are essential. Collaboration with internal teams, including creative, sales, and production, will be key to delivering effective marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of three years in marketing or social media management is required, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical to succeeding in this role.

Preferred Skills

Experience in graphic design or video editing will be considered an advantage, along with knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing. Familiarity with SEO best practices and email marketing campaigns will further strengthen your application.
