Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned EHSS Manager with a minimum of five years in a managerial role and at least 15 years of experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. The ideal candidate will bring valuable expertise, particularly within Saudi Arabia, having worked with leading organizations such as Aramco and SABIC. This role requires a strong commitment to health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure strict adherence to EHSS regulations, including OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local Saudi Arabian standards across all operational and maintenance activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance EHSS policies and management systems aligned with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Drive comprehensive risk management processes, including conducting risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID studies, and leading incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Design and deliver extensive EHSS training programs, safety drills, and awareness campaigns to foster a proactive safety culture among employees at all levels.
• Manage monitoring activities such as site safety inspections and audits, preparing detailed performance reports to inform senior management decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to health, safety, or engineering.
• Comprehensive HSE certifications recognized internationally.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to lead EHSS teams and manage complex compliance challenges in heavy industrial environments.
• Age range between 35 and 50 years, reflecting a balance of experience and leadership capability.
