Job Overview

EECE COMPANY is seeking dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The roles focus on maintaining safety compliance and ensuring operational excellence in high-risk industrial settings, specifically within the oil, gas, and offshore sectors. We are hiring for two vital positions: HSE Officer and Work Permit Receiver (WPR).

Key Responsibilities

HSE Officer:

• Implement and enforce workplace safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns promptly.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance.
• Ensure all staff and contractors consistently use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare and submit detailed safety reports, collaborating with management to enhance safety protocols.

Work Permit Receiver (WPR):

• Manage and coordinate the permit-to-work system for industrial operations, ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Review and verify permit documentation prior to commencement of work activities.
• Confirm that safety conditions are met and maintain clear communication with supervisors and workers to guarantee safe task execution.
• Continuously monitor active work permits to uphold site safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working in oil and gas or other offshore industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk management.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with teams and leadership.
