Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Civil Foremen with a solid construction background to join our team in Riyadh. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. This role involves supervising and coordinating various civil construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. We have multiple openings available for qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of work in alignment with project plans and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily civil construction tasks on site.
• Collaborating closely with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensuring all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and the scheduled timeline.
• Effectively managing manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforcing strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitoring specific construction activities like concrete work, excavation, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing.
• Conducting daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety and work updates to the team.
• Reporting progress and any issues promptly to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and organization.
• Inspecting work quality, ensuring adherence to industry standards including Aramco where applicable.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the civil construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Aramco standards is an advantage.
