Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HSE Officer to support ongoing projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a Saudi national with relevant experience and certifications to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, and overseeing risk assessments. They will also monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and lead safety awareness initiatives. Preparing detailed HSE reports and assisting in incident investigations are also important aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi national status is mandatory.
• NEBOSH certification is required.
• Experience working on SABIC projects is essential.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years in Health, Safety, and Environment roles within construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
• Competency in conducting safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
