Job Title: Senior Manpower Coordinator – Rigging & Heavy Lifting

Location: Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 2–3 Years (Framework Agreement)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manpower Coordinator** to manage manpower services for a major industrial project. The role involves planning, recruiting, and deploying skilled personnel for rigging and heavy lifting operations, ensuring compliance with **Saudi Aramco standards**, and maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deploy manpower (riggers, technicians, supervisors).
* Ensure safety compliance and Aramco standards.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and IMI management.
* Monitor manpower performance and report KPIs.
* Identify manpower gaps and implement solutions to maintain workflow.

Qualifications:

* 10–15 years in manpower planning, rigging, or heavy lifting operations.
* Prior experience with **Saudi Aramco or oil & gas projects** preferred.
* Strong team leadership and safety compliance skills.
* Certifications in lifting/rigging safety or OSHA are a plus.

Compensation:

* Fixed Allowance & Travel (FAT) + basic salary.
* Attractive **performance-based commission**.
