Key Responsibilities

The role involves executing telecom tower erection tasks across different tower types including rooftop, greenfield, monopole, and light pole towers. Candidates must adhere strictly to Nokia and Huawei safety standards while performing physically demanding work requirements such as climbing towers and collaborating effectively with team members.

Additionally, knowledge and handling of ground civil works are essential. This includes steel fixing, carpentry, and excavation activities that support the erection and maintenance of telecom infrastructure.

• Proven experience in erecting various types of telecom towers.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols specific to Huawei and Nokia projects.
• Physical fitness and ability to climb towers safely.
