Job Description:
TEUBER Industrial Coating Services is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team for the Ibn Sina Cooling Tower Project in Jubail. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works at the project site and ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are maintained.
Enforce safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
Inspect work quality and report progress to project management.
Manage site manpower including masons, carpenters, electricians, and helpers.
Plan daily activities, allocate manpower, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet the shutdown schedule.
Ensure proper surface preparation, concrete repair, curing, and readiness for painting works.
Supervise painting activities on repaired concrete surfaces and ensure application as per project specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in industrial or construction projects.
Experience in cooling tower or industrial civil works will be an advantage.
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with different departments.
Knowledge of safety practices and construction standards.
Good communication and reporting skills.
