Job Overview

Anabeeb is seeking a qualified Safety Supervisor with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to join their team in Fadhili, Jubail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in oil and gas safety management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HSE activities on site, enforcing safety protocols, and conducting risk assessments. Collaborating with project teams to implement effective safety measures and maintaining regulatory compliance is essential. The role also includes monitoring safety performance, reporting incidents, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in HSE roles with at least 3 years serving as an HSE Supervisor within the oil and gas industry
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Science
• Relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or a Diploma in Industrial Safety
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards is preferred
• Prior approval or experience with Aramco Fadhili projects considered a strong advantage; Alternative Aramco or SABIC approvals or relevant site experience will also be accepted

Document Requirements

Applicants must provide valid legal documentation including Iqama, Muqeem, and Passport copy. Additional requested documents include Blood Group details and a signed Service Agreement.

Location

This position is based in Fadhili, Jubail, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates already authorized to work within the Kingdom.
