Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction are consistently met. Managing and motivating the spa team, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere are essential duties in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist is mandatory.
• Proven track record in Spa Management roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding customer service orientation.
• Competence in maintaining operational standards and quality control in a high-end spa setting.
• Applicants must have a transferable Iqama.
