Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinator with proven experience in managing recruitment and mobilization processes within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure smooth mobilization of candidates under the KSA employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates suitable for various roles.
• Manage mobilization processes ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Facilitate candidate interviews and follow up regarding offer letters and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and mobilization specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama and be available locally within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between candidates and internal teams effectively.
• Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Location

The salary for this role ranges from 2,500 to 4,000 SAR, depending on the candidate’s experience. The position is based in Dhahran, and candidates should be willing to relocate if not currently located there.
