ME Dubai, an iconic lifestyle hotel located within the renowned Opus building designed by Zaha Hadid, is expanding its team. We are seeking motivated and inspiring individuals to join us in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Current vacancies include Receptionist and Aura Host (Guest Relations) roles.

Available Positions

• Receptionist: Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their stay.
• Aura Host (Guest Relations): Focus on ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and communication at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support hotel operations and guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in all situations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
