AMOS Construction Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee steel structure fabrication and erection projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing on-site installation of fabricated components, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, and maintaining strict safety and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for directing all aspects of steel fabrication and erection activities. Key duties include coordinating closely with workshop teams, managing manpower and equipment, monitoring progress and productivity, and enforcing site health and safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining detailed daily progress reports and collaborating with engineers, clients, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in steel structure fabrication and erection on construction sites
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and fabrication specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of safety practices and site discipline to ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Good organizational and communication skills for effective coordination on site

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in Riyadh and involves close interaction with workshop teams as well as various project stakeholders. The role demands a proactive approach to managing site operations within a fast-paced construction environment.
