Job Overview

Seagull International LLP is urgently seeking 30 qualified HSE Officers to join their offshore project team in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within the Oil and Gas sector. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring safety compliance during shutdown projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on offshore sites
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide safety guidance during shutdown operations
• Report and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence

Required Skills and Experience

• NEBOSH IGC certification issued before 2022
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE roles, with at least 3 years in the GCC Oil & Gas industry
• Proven experience working on shutdown projects
• Strong understanding of offshore safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
