📌 Role Summary: Finance Officer
Financial Gatekeeper: They handle the “heavy lifting” of accounting—monthly reports, P&L statements, and tax compliance (VAT).

Cost Control Specialist: They manage accounts payable/receivable, ensuring vendors are paid and procurement costs for your various projects stay within budget.

Strategic Support: They provide the data needed for big decisions, like ROI for training programs or budgeting for new locations.

Operational Partner: They bridge the gap between “the numbers” and your daily operations, from payroll for instructors to inventory for hospitality.

✨ Key Success Factors
Precision: High accuracy in MS Excel and accounting software.

Integrity: Absolute discretion with sensitive payroll and financial data.

Communication: The ability to explain financial health to the rest of the leadership team.
