Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire a skilled Security Supervisor to lead and manage security operations across various sites in Bahrain. This full-time role requires a candidate with a solid background in security management, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security functions, coordinating security personnel, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. Key duties include:

• Supervising security staff to maintain high performance and reliable site safety.
• Monitoring security systems and conducting regular site inspections to detect and mitigate potential risks.
• Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures effectively.
• Responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies to minimize impact.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Collaborating with management and local law enforcement agencies as needed to uphold security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in security supervision or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though candidates with a secondary education level may be considered.
• Certification as a GTS officer is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driving license is required.
• Strong leadership skills paired with excellent English communication capabilities.
• Proficient in reporting and familiar with basic computer operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
