Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer with over 5 years of experience in industrial construction to join a project based in Doha, Qatar. This is a contract role for an initial period of six months with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will conduct regular inspections, identify potential hazards, and provide guidance to the construction team to promote a safe working environment throughout the project.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Safety Officer in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Qatar.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety standards effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with site management and workers.
