Job Description:
Sinopec is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Aramco Oil & Gas Project team in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Aramco HSE standards and Saudi regulations.
Lead site safety management and supervise the HSE team.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
Organize HSE training and promote safety awareness on site.
Coordinate with client and subcontractors on HSE matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10+ years HSE experience, with Aramco project experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas construction safety standards.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work on remote project sites.
