Job Overview

Mark & Save (Western International Group) is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Supervisor to join their team in Ajman, UAE. This role focuses on overseeing safety and security operations to maintain a secure and compliant work environment within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety and Security Supervisor will lead and manage the safety and security team, ensuring all protocols are effectively followed. Key duties include:

• Supervising daily activities of the safety and security personnel.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Developing, implementing, and managing emergency response plans and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in fire and safety management along with leadership talents, including:

• A graduate degree or diploma in Fire and Safety.
• In-depth understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Proven leadership abilities with effective team management skills.

Location

This position is based at the Black Square Building in Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman, UAE.
