Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified HSE Supervisor to join the Marjan Increment Gas Plant project, specifically for Package 9 and 11. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental protocols are strictly followed on site, contributing to the safe and efficient progress of civil and electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety measures according to company and Aramco standards. This includes managing workplace risks through hazard identification, safety assessments, and accident prevention strategies aligned with HIP, CSSP, MS, RA, and JSA guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices applicable to civil and electrical construction works.
• Ability to interpret and apply HIP (Hazard Identification Program), CSSP (Contractor Safety Supervision Plan), Management Systems, Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis thoroughly.
• Fluent English communication skills to effectively report and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in HSE supervision within industrial or construction settings.
• Certified and approved by Aramco Training and Qualifications.
• Transferable and valid Iqama is mandatory to be eligible for employment.
• Experience working on projects involving both civil and electrical tasks is essential.
