Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP/Civil BIM Modeller to join major projects based in Riyadh on a local hire basis. This long-term opportunity involves working on large-scale developments, contributing from the design phase through to the final stage in BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle BIM modelling tasks for complex mega projects, ensuring accurate and detailed models are developed in accordance with project requirements. Their role covers the entire lifecycle from initial design (LPD 300 and above) to completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in BIM modelling within mega projects
• Proficient in managing BIM tasks specific to MEP and Civil engineering disciplines
• Ability to work across various stages of project development, from design through to final deliverables
• Valid Iqama for working in Saudi Arabia is essential

Additional Requirements
