We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee steel structure fabrication and erection projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position at General Solutions Contracting Company Saudia focuses on managing on-site activities related to metal fabrication, steel erection, and installation, ensuring that all works align with approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising steel fabrication and erection processes, coordinating closely with workshop teams, and ensuring the use of proper tools, equipment, and manpower for efficient project execution. A critical part of the role is maintaining quality control, monitoring work progress, enforcing safety regulations, and generating daily site reports. Additionally, the supervisor will liaise with engineers, consultants, and client representatives to keep all parties informed and aligned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical certification in a related field
• Proven experience in steel structure fabrication and erection
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication details
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Commitment to enforcing site safety standards and discipline

Work Environment and Location
