Arpha Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated Insurance Relations Officer to manage and strengthen its collaboration with insurance companies and corporate clients. This role involves representing the medical complex externally, ensuring smooth coordination of insurance-related matters, and supporting the administrative processes tied to patient insurance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular visits to insurance companies to track approvals, claims, payments, and address any pending issues.
• Coordinating closely with insurance providers to resolve patient coverage and policy concerns efficiently.
• Meeting with corporate clients and other stakeholders on behalf of Arpha Medical Complex to maintain strong professional relationships.
• Monitoring ongoing cases and preparing detailed management reports regarding insurance activities and statuses.
• Maintaining a professional and positive image of the medical complex during all external engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical insurance or insurance coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with insurance companies and clients.
• Familiarity with medical insurance procedures and regulations within Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license to accommodate external visits comfortably.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
